The Facilities Leasing and Scheduling Office provides assistance for campus co-sponsored events, and assists the local community with the scheduling of non-instructional events and activities in accordance with the Administrative Policy for Facilities Use.
This campus policy is pursuant to the California Code of Regulations, Title 5, Section 42350-42354, and Presidential Memorandum PM 2018-02, California State University, Dominguez Hills Use of University Buildings, Facilities, or Grounds and Time, Place, and Manner Policy, concerning the use of university buildings and grounds for the purpose of commercial and non-commercial transactions events at CSUDH. It applies to students, student organizations, faculty, faculty organizations, and other campus groups or persons while on campus grounds, including commercial vendors and/or solicitors.
The campus shall at all times maintain authorization to designate Time, Place and Manner.
Below are the Facility Use Rates for those external Non-Profit and Profit entities and organizations requesting the use of CSUDH facilities where available. Rates listed are the basic fees to be charged for the license of the facilities only. Additional costs for equipment, staffing, security, etc., may apply. All rates are hourly unless otherwise notated. Exceptions to the published rates require written approval of the Vice President, Administration and Finance.

Payment by Credit Card will be subjected to a 2.65% processing fee.
Mail Check, Cashier's Check, or Money Order
Mail check, cashier's check, or money order payments to the address below. Please include the License Agreement number located on the top right of the agreement with your payment.

To pay by mail, payment must be received in the Cashier's Office before the date of the event. A postmark does not establish the payment date.
